Meet your Host and Facilitator
Johannah Conant resides in the serene landscapes of Chirripo, Costa Rica, where she serves as a Tantric Embodiment Guide, Sacred Medicine Holder, Retreat Facilitator, and Bowspring Instructor.
With a profound history as a trauma therapist, Johannah seamlessly integrates her extensive experience in the mental health field into her current role as a transformative Tantric Embodiment Coach through esoteric, embodiment and shamanic practices.
Johannah's journey into the realm of Tantric Embodiment Coaching follows a remarkable personal healing odyssey.
After having overcome the challenges of stage 3 cancer, alcohol abuse, domestic violence, co-dependency, suicidal ideation, and decades of personal trauma, she transitioned from her role as a trauma and addictions therapist to embark on a path of guiding others toward holistic well-being and soul reclamation.
With a Masters degree in Clinical Counseling, Reiki II certification, and Ayurvedic studies, Johannah draws on a rich tapestry of knowledge to create a profound impact.
Her own life experiences give her the ability to forge deep intuitive emotional connections allowing her to hold a safe, sacred container for each client she serves. Having confronted the depths of her own darkness, Johannah emerges as a compassionate guide, leading others back to their inner light.

Am I welcome if I have no prior experience with plant medicines / psychedelics ?Yes, you are more than welcome! You will be served by an experienced facilitator and we will be working very intentionally with the medicines in a small group. People are most familiar with the full blast off experience with 5MeO, which can be extremely overwhelming, but we will be working with it at therapeutic doses during the retreat, with real-time integration. We will be using the medicine in digestible doses, to support the full metabolization of the experience on the physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual levels.

What is Kambo ?Kambo is one of the most potent, holistic, diverse and effective natural medicines on the planet, originating from an Amazonian tree frog. Kambo cleanses and restores the physical body, reboots and realigns the chakra system and the auric fields, the ‘Human Energy Body‘ (biofield) and also works on releasing emotional, spiritual and mental issues, traumas and concerns in an extremely mystical fashion. If I have a physical or psychological condition or are on medication, does that exclude me from participating ?No, each sacred medicine has its own contraindications and needs to addressed on an individual basis. You will be provided with a preparation plan for the retreat based on your own personal needs, along with integration post-retreat. A screening with Johannah will help evaluate if this is a safe and supportive experience for your specific situation.

What does preparation and integration look like ?You will have a personalized plan for preparation, dependent on your specific situation and needs, based off a screening call with Johannah. There will be integration circles, with tools and support provided, during the retreat. Upon your return home, there will be a virtual group integration call and you will also receive a 1:1 integration session with Johannah, to ensure that your experience at the retreat will bridge into long-lasting changes in your life.

What if I want to continue traveling through Costa Rica upon completion of the retreat ?You are free to travel as you desire post-retreat, but the only transportation provided is on February 28 from Chirripo to San Jose, Costa Rica. Any other plans that you have, you are responsible for transportation and accommodations.
